JC Grand cold forming machinery is capable of producing all major head styles. By simply changing the forming dies, the variety of head forms shown below is achievable.
In addition, if you have a non-standard form, chances are that we can custom design the forming dies to produce to your custom design, at a minimal expense to you. Try us.

Similar to countersunk, but there is a smooth progression from the shaft to the angle of the head, similar to the bell of a bugle. This allows an even stress distribution when forming its own countersink.

Flat head or countersunk: conical, with flat outer face and tapering inner face allowing it to sink into the material.

Sturdy combination of raised protruding hexagonal head with integral washer. Very common for sheet metal and outdoor construction applications. Can be driven by hex driver bits and/or by wrench.

Sturdy combination of raised protruding hexagonal head with integral washer. Extra slot down the middle of the face allows for versatile driving options. Can be driven by hex driver bits, by wrench, or by wedge tool.

Raised protruding hexagonal head. Underside sits flush on mating surface. Can be driven by hex driver bits and/or by wrench. Most common head type for bolts.

Lower-profile dome designed to prevent tampering.

A low disc with chamfered outer edge. Variations include:
Cheese Head: disc with cylindrical outer edge, height approximately half the head diameter.
Fillister Head: cylindrical, but with a slightly convex top surface.

Oval or raised head: countersunk with a rounded top.

Dome-shaped, commonly used for machine screws.

Button or dome head: cylindrical with a rounded top.
